Malden River Works is seeking a creative and organized volunteer to manage our quarterly digital newsletter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, community engagement, and shaping communications that support environmental resilience and riverfront revitalization.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and edit quarterly newsletter content, including articles, updates, and visuals

  • Manage contacts and mailing lists through Brevo, including maintaining lists and ensuring clean data

  • Utilize newsletter features such as segmentation and A/B testing to improve reach and engagement

  • Collaborate with project leaders to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling communications

You Are

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

  • Interested in environmental, civic, or community-based initiatives

  • Skilled in writing, editing, and/or digital communication tools (experience with Brevo is a plus)
